How much caffeine is in cold brew?
It varies by coffee, recipe and serving size.
This coffee doesn't need it. Enjoy the coffee flavors, with nothing covering them up.
Less sugar in your cup. More room for cake.
Where it started
2021. Every cold brew I tried was sour, bitter, or both. And then there was the chemical backwash. Something was in there making it taste worse.
Most people cover it over with sugar, but I was intent on drinking it black. After all, isn't that the whole point of cold brew? Less acidic, less bitter - so you get the real coffee flavor without needing to dilute it with milk and sugar, right?
It’s just that good!
This is probably the best cold brew that I’ve tried so far, I’m hooked! My husband loves it too…and he doesn’t even put sugar in this one! (I’m not a sugar person to begin with but he is, and now he says with ColdBruh-doesn’t need sugar it tastes that good!
Jennifer T - Verified Buyer
Eighteen months of experiments. Batch after batch that wasn't good enough - until suddenly, the magic moment. Cold brew so good it blew my mind. So good I knew I had to keep pushing and bring it to market.
Then the harder part: another year in my basement, turning that one batch into a process that could scale - without losing what made it good.
Cold Brew Perfection
As someone who has tried hundreds of different cold brews, I can confidently say that COLDBRÜh coffee lives up to its promise of being “offensively good.” This is cold brew perfection in a bag. The flavor is rich, smooth, and impeccably balanced—no bitterness, just pure, brewed bliss. It’s clear that every detail, from the brewing process to the packaging, was meticulously thought out. If you’re a true coffee lover, this will set the standard for what cold brew should be. COLDBRÜh is simply one of the best I’ve ever tasted—highly recommend!

The café cup
The label
I saw protein and fiber on a coffee sold as black. The label didn't tell me what caused that chemical-like finish. It did make me ask a simpler question: what belongs in my everyday coffee?
Our answer
Make a cold brew that tastes good black. Let people choose what, if anything, they add.
The blind taste test
Pour your usual cold brew and COLDBRUH into two unmarked glasses. Taste them black. Then look at the labels.
Questions worth asking
It varies by coffee, recipe and serving size.
Some do, some don't. Check the Nutrition Facts and ingredients on the drink you're buying.
There isn't one answer for everyone. Your caffeine tolerance and what you add to your coffee matter. We made this one for the taste, so the first glass can stand on its own.
The simple ask
Taste it. Read the label. Decide what belongs in your cup.
